The Platform

What is Azure AI?

We deploy managed agent infrastructure into your Azure tenant using Azure AI Foundry — fully integrated with your Microsoft ecosystem. From Teams and SharePoint to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, your agents work where your people already work.

Azure AI is Microsoft's enterprise AI platform, built into the same cloud infrastructure that runs Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. It gives organisations access to large language models — including the GPT-4o and o-series families — through Azure OpenAI Service, with the same security, compliance, and identity controls that govern the rest of your Microsoft environment.

For organisations already running on Microsoft, Azure AI is the natural home for AI agents. Your agents can read and write to SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics 365 through Microsoft Graph. They inherit your existing Azure Active Directory permissions, your compliance policies, and your data residency configuration. There is no separate identity layer, no new vendor to onboard, and no data leaving your tenant.

Azure AI Foundry is the development and orchestration layer where we build your agents. It provides the tooling to connect models to your data, evaluate agent performance, apply safety guardrails, and manage the full lifecycle from prototype to production — all within a single environment governed by your Azure policies.

Corporate Agents deploys a proprietary managed agent infrastructure into your Azure subscription. Built on Azure AI Foundry SDK, it provides the orchestration, monitoring, evaluation, and operational tooling needed to run AI agents reliably in production — without your team managing the complexity underneath.

Deployment

Your tenant, your data, your bill

Everything runs inside your Azure subscription. You own the infrastructure, the credentials, and the data. Corporate Agents provides the managed agent infrastructure — the proprietary software, operational expertise, and ongoing management that makes it all work.

All AI processing runs within your Azure tenant — models, embeddings, and orchestration never leave your environment
You provision your own Azure OpenAI endpoints and grant Corporate Agents a Contributor or custom RBAC role
Token and compute costs appear on your Azure bill — no markup, no middleman
Infrastructure is provisioned via Terraform for repeatable, auditable deployments
Agents run as containers on Azure Container Apps using your service accounts
All infrastructure is housed in Australia
Corporate Agents retains management access to operate, monitor, and push updates
Flat monthly managed service subscription — no per-user or per-agent pricing

Frequently Asked Questions

We build agents for a wide range of use cases including data hygiene and enrichment, competitor intelligence, personal assistant workflows, document processing, customer service copilots, and multi-agent orchestration systems. All agents are deployed within your Azure tenant using Azure AI Foundry SDK, with models accessed through your own Azure OpenAI Service endpoints.

Our agents connect natively to the Microsoft ecosystem through Microsoft Graph. This means agents can access data from Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Dynamics 365 — enabling use cases like automated meeting summaries, document retrieval from SharePoint libraries, CRM updates, and email analysis directly within tools your team already uses.

A typical engagement runs discovery and scoping at roughly 10% of the timeline, design and architecture at 15-20%, build and integration at 50-55%, testing and pilot at 15%, and deployment at 5%. Timelines depend on integration complexity, data readiness, and compliance requirements. We phase delivery so you see working automation early — not just a plan.

Yes. All AI processing runs inside your Azure subscription. LLM inference, embeddings, and agent orchestration use your own Azure OpenAI Service instances deployed in your tenant. You provision the endpoints, grant Corporate Agents a Contributor or custom RBAC role, and all token costs appear on your Azure bill directly. Your data stays within your Azure tenant.

You do — directly to Microsoft through your Azure subscription. Corporate Agents does not mark up token or compute costs. Your Azure OpenAI endpoints, Container Apps, and all supporting infrastructure appear on your standard Azure bill. Corporate Agents charges separately for the initial build, plus a flat monthly managed service subscription for ongoing operations.

An Enterprise Agreement is typical for the organisations we work with, as it provides committed spend discounts and access to Azure OpenAI Service. However, pay-as-you-go subscriptions can work for pilot engagements and smaller deployments. We advise on the most cost-effective arrangement during the discovery phase.

Yes. We extend and customise Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom plugins, connectors, and Copilot Studio agents tailored to your business processes. This includes connecting Copilot to internal databases, building domain-specific skills, and creating governed agent experiences for specific teams or departments.

Updates are managed through our versioned container image pipeline. When an update is ready, we notify you in advance, test it against your environment, and deploy automatically. There is no downtime and no action required from your team. All updates are tracked and auditable through your Azure environment.
