Built for enterprise trust.

Every agent we deploy runs inside your cloud account with your credentials, your encryption keys, and your compliance requirements. Our platform architecture is built around three pillars: security, compliance, and transparent managed operations.

Client-hosted deployment on Australian regions across Azure, GCP, and AWS. OWASP Agentic AI Top 10 mapped. 99.5% uptime SLA with defined response times and no hidden costs.

Why client-hosted matters for AI agents

AI agents are fundamentally different from traditional SaaS applications. They make autonomous decisions, access internal systems, and process sensitive data in real time. When an agent reads a customer database, drafts a contract, or triggers a payment workflow, the data flowing through that process should never leave your infrastructure.

Our client-hosted model means every agent runs inside your own Azure, GCP, or AWS subscription. We never store client data on our infrastructure. Your encryption keys, your network boundaries, your audit logs. This architecture satisfies Australian Privacy Act requirements and upcoming 2026 amendments without additional compliance layers.

This approach also eliminates the vendor lock-in that plagues managed AI platforms. If you choose to bring agent operations in-house, you retain full ownership of every model, every prompt template, and every deployment artefact. There is no proprietary runtime to migrate away from.

Three pillars of enterprise trust

Security by architecture, not by policy. Client-managed encryption keys (CMEK), VPC network isolation, and Australian data residency are not optional add-ons. They are the default configuration for every engagement. Agents operate within sandboxed execution rings inspired by CPU privilege levels, where no agent can escalate its own permissions.

Compliance mapped to Australian regulation. Every agent engagement is assessed against the OWASP Agentic AI Top 10. We map controls to APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234 for financial services, TGA Software as a Medical Device guidelines for healthcare, and the Australian Privacy Act for all sectors. Governance is built into the agent lifecycle, not bolted on after deployment.

Transparent managed operations. Post-deployment, agents are monitored through a retainer that covers security patching, performance monitoring, model drift detection, and monthly reporting. The retainer is priced at 2.5% of build cost per month — a single flat fee with no hidden charges. Response time SLAs are defined by priority tier, from immediate response for critical issues to scheduled updates for low-priority items.

Whether you are deploying your first AI agent or scaling an existing fleet, these three pillars ensure your organisation maintains control, meets regulatory obligations, and operates with confidence. Explore each pillar in detail above, or book a consultation to discuss your requirements.
