What is Amazon Bedrock?

We deploy managed agent infrastructure into your AWS account using Amazon Strands Agents SDK — built on Bedrock's foundation models with AWS-grade security, guardrails, and access controls. Your agents integrate with your existing AWS services from day one.

Amazon Bedrock is AWS's fully managed service for building AI applications using foundation models. It gives organisations access to models from Anthropic (Claude), Meta (Llama), Amazon (Titan), Mistral, and others through a single unified API — all within the security, compliance, and networking controls of your existing AWS environment.

For organisations running on AWS, Bedrock is the natural choice because your agents inherit your existing VPC configuration, IAM policies, encryption keys, and compliance posture. There is no separate identity system, no data leaving your account, and no new vendor to onboard for model access. Bedrock's data isolation also guarantees that your inputs and outputs are never used to train the underlying foundation models.

Bedrock offers a distinctive advantage for organisations that want flexibility: multi-model access through a single API. Rather than committing to a single AI provider, you can use Claude for complex reasoning, Llama for cost-efficient processing, and Titan for embeddings — all within the same infrastructure. This gives you leverage over model providers and protects against vendor lock-in at the model layer.

Corporate Agents deploys a proprietary managed agent infrastructure into your AWS account. Built on the Strands Agents SDK, it provides the orchestration, monitoring, evaluation, and operational tooling needed to run AI agents reliably in production — without your team managing the complexity underneath.

Deployment

Your account, your data, your bill

Everything runs inside your AWS account. You own the infrastructure, the credentials, and the data. Corporate Agents provides the managed agent infrastructure — the proprietary software, operational expertise, and ongoing management that makes it all work.

All AI processing runs within your AWS account — models, embeddings, and orchestration never leave your environment
You enable Bedrock model access, create an IAM role, and grant Corporate Agents cross-account assume-role access
Token and compute costs appear on your AWS bill — no markup, no middleman
Infrastructure is provisioned via Terraform for repeatable, auditable deployments
Agents run as containers on ECS Fargate using your IAM roles and VPC
All infrastructure is housed in Australia
Corporate Agents retains management access to operate, monitor, and push updates
Flat monthly managed service subscription — no per-user or per-agent pricing

Frequently Asked Questions

We build agents for use cases including data hygiene and enrichment, competitor intelligence, personal assistant workflows, document processing, customer service automation, and multi-agent orchestration systems. Agents are built using the Strands Agents SDK and leverage foundation models through Bedrock's unified API, with Guardrails handling safety and compliance.

Bedrock provides access to Claude (Anthropic), Llama (Meta), Titan (Amazon), Mistral, and other leading models through a single API. We help you evaluate and select the right model for each use case — and implement multi-model strategies where lighter models handle tool calling and routing while reasoning models like Claude handle complex analysis.

A typical engagement runs discovery and scoping at roughly 10% of the timeline, design and architecture at 15-20%, build and integration at 50-55%, testing and pilot at 15%, and deployment at 5%. Timelines depend on integration complexity, data readiness, and compliance requirements. We phase delivery so you see working automation early — not just a plan.

Yes. All AI processing runs inside your AWS account using your VPC, IAM policies, and encryption keys. Bedrock's data isolation ensures that your inputs and outputs are never used to train foundation models. You enable model access, create an IAM role, and grant Corporate Agents cross-account assume-role access. All token costs appear on your AWS bill directly.

You do — directly to AWS through your account billing. Corporate Agents does not mark up token or compute costs. Your Bedrock model access, ECS Fargate containers, and all supporting infrastructure appear on your standard AWS bill. Corporate Agents charges separately for the initial build, plus a flat monthly managed service subscription for ongoing operations.

Bedrock gives you access to models from multiple providers through a single API. This means you are not locked into a single AI vendor at the model layer. We configure different models for different tasks — using cost-efficient models for simple operations and more capable models for complex reasoning — optimising for accuracy, speed, and cost simultaneously.

Bedrock Guardrails provide platform-native content filtering, PII redaction, topic blocking, and grounding checks that we configure for your specific compliance requirements. Guardrails are applied across both agent inputs and outputs to ensure agents stay within defined boundaries while maintaining useful, accurate responses.

Updates are managed through our versioned container image pipeline. When an update is ready, we notify you in advance, test it against your environment, and deploy automatically. There is no downtime and no action required from your team. All updates are tracked and auditable through your AWS environment.
