Any engagement for consulting, development, or managed services is governed separately by our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which take precedence in the event of a conflict.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon posting.
