Any engagement for AI agent consulting, development, or managed services is governed separately by our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

This website is operated by Corporate Agents Pty Ltd (ABN 35 696 774 197), located at 52/68 Beeston Street, Newstead, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Corporate Agents provides AI agent consulting, development, deployment, and managed services for enterprise organisations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Corporate Agents regarding your use of this website. Any engagement for consulting, development, or managed services is governed separately by our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which take precedence in the event of a conflict.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon posting. During the notice period, you may stop using this website if you do not agree with the proposed changes. Your continued use of this website after the effective date of any material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page.
